Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges meeting the conditions below will be accepted when received within 21 days of the ship date.
 
Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will ship back to you at no charge.  Returns postmarked back to us within 10 days of order shipment are eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked back to us within 11-21 days of order shipments are eligible for a store credit, and returns will not be accepted after 21 days.
 
Our return policy also applies to all preorders. Preorder deposits are not refundable should you cancel your preorder.
 
If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.
 
Little Skye does not do price adjustments.

 

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please complete the form printed on the back of your packing slip and include this form in your return or exchange package.

Clearance items that are 40% off or more, and items that were special ordered for you, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders shipped internationally are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for measurements if you are ordering internationally and need help with sizing.
