Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 21 days of the ship date.
Please download, print and include the following return form completed in full with all returns:
Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via an insured, trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. There is a flat fee of $6 to ship exchanges.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please print and complete the return and exchange form. Include this form in your return package. All returns and exchanges sent to us without a return form will not be accepted.
*Custom made items, personalized items, sale items, and items that were special ordered for you are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders purchased with coupons are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Orders shipped internationally are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for measurements if you are ordering internationally and need help with sizing. Preordered items have a separate return/exchange policy. Please view our Preorder Policy page for information about exchanging or returning preordered items.
If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.
Please note that Little Skye does not do price adjustments.
