Preorder Policy

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock. These are items that you may purchase now by leaving a deposit to reserve your size.

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock. When you select "deposit" at checkout, you will leave a 50% deposit on your preordered items to reserve your size. Your balance will be charged when your order ships. Preorders ship within 48 hours of the time they arrive at our store and upon payment of balance.

If preorder balances are not paid within 14 days of the date of balance invoice, the items on that order will be returned to stock and the deposit paid on that preorder will not be refunded and will not be issued in store credit.

You may exchange preordered items or receive a store credit for them. Please see the Returns and Exchanges section for exchange information. Refunds will not be given for preordered items. Preorder deposits are not refundable should you cancel your preorder.

Please note that preorder balances cannot be paid with store credits or exchanges.
